Refund Policy

SUPER NICE HUB REFUND POLICY Last updated: 23 July 2026 Super Nice Hub is operated by Black Elk Pty Ltd (ABN 49 681 755 591). The Hub plays two roles, and refunds work differently for each. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 1. PAYMENTS YOU MADE TO A BUSINESS THROUGH THE HUB If you paid a business (a Hub merchant) by card, payment link or direct debit through a supernicehub.com page, your purchase is from that business, not from us. The business is responsible for the goods or services and for refunds relating to them. How to get a refund: Step 1. Contact the business first, using the contact details on your agreement, invoice or receipt. Under the Australian Consumer Law they must provide a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) if the goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee. Every Hub merchant agrees with us to maintain and honour a clear, lawful refund policy. Step 2. If you cannot reach the business, or you believe a charge was unauthorised, duplicated or wrong, contact us at isaac@supernice.au with the payment details (amount, date, business name). We will respond within 5 business days, investigate against our transaction records, and require the merchant to respond. Step 3. You also have rights outside the Hub. For card payments you can dispute the transaction with your card issuer (a chargeback). For direct debits you can dispute the debit with your own bank, and the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement you signed gives you a direct dispute path: we or the business must investigate within 7 banking business days and refund promptly if the debit was wrong. Refunds of card payments are returned to the card you paid with and typically appear within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Direct debit refunds are returned to your nominated bank account. 2. CHARGES MADE IN ERROR BY THE HUB If a payment is processed incorrectly because of a fault in the Hub itself (for example a duplicated charge or a schedule that ran after it was cancelled), we will arrange a full refund of the incorrect amount promptly once verified, without you needing to deal with the merchant. 3. HUB FEES PAID BY MERCHANTS Platform and transaction fees for services we have already provided (processed transactions, completed billing cycles) are generally not refundable, except where the fee arose from our error or where the law, including the Australian Consumer Law, requires a refund. If we terminate your merchant account for convenience part way through a paid period, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees. Pass-through costs (chargebacks, direct debit rejections, scheme fines) are charged to us by third parties and are not refundable by us. 4. CONTACT Email isaac@supernice.au with the subject "Refund request". Include the payment amount, date, the business paid, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can contact your card issuer or bank, or the Office of Fair Trading in your state or territory.
