SUPER NICE HUB PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Super Nice Hub is operated by Black Elk Pty Ltd (ABN 49 681 755 591) (we, us). This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
Merchant accounts: name, email, phone, business details (legal name, ABN, business type, website) and a description of the goods or services sold, plus records of the agreements you sign with us.
Client payment setup (when a merchant's client uses a Hub page): name, email, phone, company details, signed agreement records (including the typed signature name, time, IP address and browser identifier, kept as evidence of signing), and payment method details as described below.
Payment details: card details are entered directly into our payment provider Fat Zebra's secure form and are never stored on our servers; we hold only a token, the card type, last four digits and expiry for display. Bank account details for direct debit are tokenised with Fat Zebra and also stored by us in encrypted form, with only the BSB and last four digits visible to merchant users.
Transactions: amounts, references, timestamps and outcomes of payments, debits, refunds and chargebacks.
Technical: IP addresses and basic request logs for security purposes.
2. WHY WE COLLECT IT
To operate the Hub: onboarding and screening merchants (including checks required under our gateway agreements and sanctions laws), processing payments and direct debits, keeping evidence of agreements and authorities, preventing fraud, providing support, and meeting legal and record-keeping obligations (transaction and agreement records are kept at least 7 years).
3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Fat Zebra Pty Ltd (our payment gateway) and the banks and card schemes involved in processing payments; the merchant whose client you are (they see your contact details, signed agreements and payment history with them, but never full card or account numbers); our service providers (secure cloud hosting by Cloudflare, with client and transaction data hosted in Australia); and regulators, law enforcement or courts where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. COOKIES
The Hub uses only essential cookies: a session cookie so you stay logged in, and short-lived security tokens on payment and signing pages. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on supernicehub.com. Payment pages load our payment provider's secure form, which sets its own strictly functional cookies.
5. STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data is stored in Australia. We use encryption in transit and at rest, tokenisation of payment details, access controls, logging and alerting. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach is likely to result in serious harm we will notify affected people and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
6. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND COMPLAINTS
You can ask for access to or correction of your personal information by emailing isaac@supernice.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
